I need some help here. What is this? I just tried to watch Thor The Dark World after downloading it from my Blu Ray copy and Apple is telling me my computer is not compatible and until it is I can't watch it. My computer is brand new! They will do nothing to assist. I have a lot of movies that are HD that play perfectly fine but this one will not I keep getting that error. The guy I spoke with was rude on top of it. :/ I am so frustrated, what is causing this? Has anyone seen this before? Thanks
