a LITTLE freaked out - Blu-ray Forum

I bought my ps3 about a month ago. A little over that. And sent out the 5 free rebate thing a few days later. I sent it in with the UPC and then I printed out a copy of the receipt from Amazon.com. I didn't use the original they packed it with. I checked a few minutes ago on the status and it says they have no record of me or anything. Did I screw up? If I did, Is there any way I can send my original receipt to them or what?

At this point, I would call them if there was a number provided. That's the best way to find out what happened and what you still need to do.

It took like 6 or 7 weeks for my order to even show on their system. Then another 6 weeks "In Process" status. Once it was listed as "Shipped" I received it in two days. It takes a while, but it gets there. Good luck!

It takes alot of time to get the process going.When I got my s300 in the summer it took at least 12 weeks to get them in the mail.There is a number and a website that you can goto to check but again it wouldn't show up until its being process.

Remember that there are hundreds of thousands of people sending stuff right now. All those PS3 bundles, all the stand alone players, etc. Give it a few months and it will all be ok.

I mailed the original UPC and a copy of the receipt. It took a while, but I got my movies.
