Default HDMI vs. HDMI 1.3

Hey guys...I just want to know what the difference is between HDMI and HDMI 1.3? is the wiring different in the cable itself? do they have more or less wires? I installed some in-wall HDMI Cables in my house, but i dont think its 1.3, will that affect anything? Thanks in advance for any and all help!!!

It's basically just new test specs for the cables. Ones that aren't 1.3 certified don't necessarily fail the test - they just haven't been tested for 1.3 compliance. Instead they've just been tested according to the cable manufacturer's own set of test parameters. The good thing about HDMI though, is that if it works, it works. If there's a problem with the cable you'll be able to notice it quite easily. You'll want to try them at full 1080@60P to make sure they can handle maximum bandwidth, and if they do you're good to go.
