Germany Nymphomaniac (Director's Cut)

Concorde Home Entertainment were planning to release Lars von Trier's 'Nymphomaniac' (Cinematic Verisions) in October 2014 in Germany -
this has been pushed back to November 20th.

On the same day the Director's Cut-Versions will be released as well. Both are now listed on the Concorde-Home-Page.

Director's Cut:

A Teaser Trailer of 'Nymphomaniac Part II' (Director's Cut) can be watched here - but beware - it's quite explicit:

Does anyone own this?

I wasn't sure if the US was region locked (not a major issue if it is) and if there was any difference between this release and the US edition that anyone knew of? As if not, I'll probably go for whatever works out cheaper..
