I've had two orders placed for several days now that are still listed as "Not yet shipped". All the items were in stock, and I chose free shipping. I've always picked free shipping, and my packages never took more than 2-3 days to arrive. I sort of get the feeling Amazon.ca is trying to push people to sign up for Prime.
Anybody else having this problem? ![]() |

I had this same issue with my last order which arrived yesterday. Standard shipping.
Date ordered: Nov. 3 Date Shipped: Nov. 7 Date Received: Nov. 10 Usually there is never more than a 2 -day span between order/ship, but this time it was 4 days with all items being in stock at the time of ordering. It personally doesn't really bother me, and it has only happening this once. I'll reserve judgement as to whether Amazon is using this delay as a tactic to convince customers to buy into their Prime program, but it wouldn't surprise me. |

If I order BD I usually get them a day later.
CD's take longer. Other household, electronic and personal items arrive usually within a week or so depending where they are coming from. Now that we are approaching Christmas I know that shipping times will slow down and there will also be more mistakes made since Amazon has to hire a s..t load more employees to handle the extra orders. Amazon is also stocking more items in their warehouse but that is just an educated guess on my part. Consider the thousands upon thousands of orders they fill and ship daily. So it really wouldn't surprise me if items take a bit longer to ship at this time. All in all I still have no complaints about their service. |

and they are playing with prices like wall street... 2 days ago Rocky collection was at 22,49, then 20,49, and today is back at 22,49$... if you don't checkout quickly, you may found surprise... and sometimes it's not just 2 dollars, it may be 10, 20....

https://www.changedetection.com/ I get updates daily,my choice of notification time, and I see prices go up and down on a daily basis.I am waiting for the best price I can get. You can get notified daily, weekly,or monthly. You are quite correct in your statement about changing prices. I can almost see a pricing pattern with some BD's. |

My last order (Thursday) was shipped the day after (Friday), so it appears like it's a bit hit 'n miss regarding shipping.
They did however ship it via UPS, which has never happened to me before. It's always been Canada Post. I hope they aren't changing. |

More bad news regarding Amazon,
.ca if you are an international buyer. They have just increased their standard international shipping tariff from $6.98 to $15.98. I just ordered Harry Potter Hogwarts collection and they have increased the shipping from $6.98 right up to $25.98. No more Amazon.ca for me. |

It's a shame as a good value BD will now nearly cost three times it's value to post! |

I'd rather pay less postage and wait the 10-14 days we get with Amazon.com's Standard Shipping. The Star Trek Compendium is $9.99 CDN so that's £5.75 for the BDs and £9.19 for postage!
