Amazon.com Help please. - Blu-ray Forum

So i ordered my first 2 movies from Amazon.com, and it said it was going to send a comfirmation email to me. Well as it turns out amazon.com was blocked from my safe list so i didn't recieve and email. I just took them off and was wondering do you have to open up a link or anything in the confirmation email for them to send you the package or is it just something to let you know of your purchase?

there's a confirmation e-mail and a 'your item has shipped' email...

sounds like you received the 1st one and would get the 2nd one monday...unless it is a pre-order of course

eh...why not just sign into amazon and check on your order status?

Ya, the order confirmation emails are basically useless.

Just go to Amazon.com, click 'Your Account' at the top, then 'Track packages' near the left and sign in.

If you see your order there than it went though, and you can click to view al the details like address and payment and shipping method.
