If the actual movie wasn't garbage, I might be tempted.

Is this confirmed as a steelbook? HMV's site only has the standard blu-ray with no mention of HMV Exclusive or Steelbook.

Maybe the listing isn't up yet? The skyfall one didn't go up till today.

Thought the first was mmm... not too bad, but there's not really a great deal you can do with a film like that with regards a sequel without it repeating itself and being a bit drab. Just my opinion.

yeah...dont take me wrong. i am not huge action fan, but taken 1 hit the spot. one reason was/is liam neeson. same with the grey. not great film no means. but some how it rises above it self with liam.

and for taken 2. why make second. if it cannont break any new grounds?

yes, i do know; cash. money.£.$.€...but still...

I thought 'Unknown' was pretty decent. Nothing ground breaking, but a worth a watch Bourne meets Taken. A little bit predictable, but still decent.

decent, yes. but for me not worth buying. too many must titles to buy these days. have to draw the line somewhere. specially now that collection is building up. (tho some may say I have nothing yet.) but storage space will run low, and i do not buy BR´s to keep them in cellar ...

I bought it as a blind buy. I only grabbed it because it was only £5 in a local supermarket. I don't think I'd have gone out of my way to buy it.

Taken 2 is a Fox film so any exclusive Steelbook will almost certainly be Play and not HMV. Play seem to have the Fox Steelbook exclusive contract in the UK.

I'm not sure about that... the bond films are now distributed by Fox in the UK and HMV have an Exclusive Steelbook for Skyfall, so I can't see why Taken 2 would be any different.

On the back of Quantum Of Solace it states "Distributed by Twentieth Century Fox".

Yes Skyfall is Sony hence HMV have the Steelbook.
As I said Taken 2 is Fox so any Steelbook should be Play.
