Cruel Intentions - Polish Release - Answer this, please, I need help.

Yesterday I bought the Cruel Intentions blu-ray from a Amazon UK seller and received an e-mail saying that it is a Polish release.
I've sent an e-mail asking if it has portuguese brazilian subtitles and if it is region free or A, 'cause in the product page it says that is region free, now i'm confused 'cause I don't know what to do and if I cancel or not the order, even that they say I can't cancel it now 'cause it has already been dispatched.
Now, I received an e-mail with the following answer:
Dear Customer,

Thank you for your purchase. According to the information provided by the manufacturer this is a Region B/2 Item. It only has English and Spanish subtitles.
I am pleased to confirm this item is brand new and 100% official and in perfect condition.

What can I do? If what they're saying is truth I will have to find a way to cancel my order, I need the brazilian portuguese subtitles.

Don't panic, that release is almost certainly region free; it contains a bunch of subtitles options localised for territories outside of Region B (including Thailand and Hong Kong which is Region A). I also believe it contains both Iberian and Brazilian variants of Portuguese subtitles, HOWEVER it is certain that Portuguese subtitles are present on the disc (a slim chance that only Iberian and not Brazilian).

The american and portuguese editions have both, european portuguese and brazilian subtitles because they're the same. I'm always complaining here abaut this subject because there's no options to indicate portuguese and brazilian, cinemasquid has this information for example.

Received it few days ago and it looks that it's the US version and not the polish release.
If it was the polish edition, everything (title, synopsis, etc) should be written in polish, right?
Maybe the ''polish release'' information was for the dvd. Amazon commits this mistakes sometimes.
Not related to Cruel Intentions, but I bought All About Eve too (brazilian edition) in a promotion that a store was making. I wanted the blu-ray book, but, when I saw this at the promo I couldn't resist and I bought it.
Now, i'm just waiting for the blu-ray player to arrive, so, I can watch my films.

If the seller said it ships from Poland, you most likely got the general Eastern European release with the huge subtitles list, same to the one offered here. Not all EE releases have cover artwork translated to the corresponding languages - my own local BDs (Bulgaria, same region as Poland I presume) are the same. I think most if not all older Sony EE releases are like that (artwork in English and plenty of audio and subs). Also, the EAN on the release you got is for the EE release (starts with 505629, same as all my BG Sony releases from about the same time). US one is different.
