Not a good look for Emile.

I really thought he was good in The Girl Next Door and Speed Racer. I would hate to see him become another actor with talent who loses focus in Hollywood (Shia LaBeouf).

Sad news.

I love Emile. no homo.

I'd love to hear what someone else who saw it has to say besides the victim pressing charges because they have been known sometimes to exaggerate. At Sundance so you'd think someone noteworthy would chime their opinion in eventually.

edit: but if it's an open case...maybe not. i'm not sure. not a legal eagle.

Wow, that's surprising. Her description that she felt like the front and back of her throat were touching is disturbing. I'm sure he'll get off lightly though being rich and famous.
