Default Film Analysis

Can anyone recommend a good way to learn about film theory / analysis?
Maybe a book, video or podcast series?
thanks

Understanding Movies by Louis Giannetti. If you don't want to purchase the newest edition (it's used in a lot of college film classes so it is not cheap), you can probably find an older edition through a library or on-line (for cheap).
