Thanks but $40 shipping to the UK! Was hoping to find a UK supplier but no luck so I've had to order clear cases instead.

My last order was three years ago. Maybe things have changed, but I never had any issues.

I placed a small order with Casetopia almost a month ago and it still shows as "in process" and no shipping info despite the items being in stock. Does calling the Customer Service phone number get anything accomplished?

I'm in the UK so never tried the phone number, but judging by their inability to reply on email or Twitter I wouldn't be too confident.

I've bought from them before, and the cases are good quality. They ship to the UK, but they might have stopped shipping to the US (where I'm located), which is unfortunate, since I just tried to place an order and ran into a roadblock.

They are constructed out of polypropylene plastic. A single case measures 135mm wide, 171.5mm high, and 13mm thick. Inner case booklets allow for a maximum of approximately 20 pages with a 4.75-inch-wide and 5.9 inches high. The shorter height of a Blu-ray case uses less plastic than a traditional DVD case. This means it also weighs less and costs less to ship.
