It's a fun,smart and highly atmospheric anti-war satire.Cast is great,too.J.Phoenix,Ed Harris,Scott Glenn,Annna Paquin,etc.

So..any word of BD release of the gem?

Watched this again the other night, still very funny especially the opium cooking scene and Scott Glenn is brilliant. The DVD was Buena Vista in the US and different companies for pretty much every other country so its anybody's guess if a blu will ever be issued. The book is well worth reading, too.

Darn. Thought this was about the black cavalry unit movie. Wouldn't mind seeing it on blu.

This movie is awesome and would be perfect for the blu treatement.
