This is that movie that got all the Oscar nominations right? I'm all for Woody Harrelson winning lead actor but I can't really get behind it for best picture...

It's listed as a Warner Brothers release so it will most likely end up region free.

Here in Italy this is a FOX movie (just like in many countries), WB is just the distributor for FOX BDs/DVDs in Italy

So if Fox releases this and not WB then it probably has a 50-50 chance of being locked to region B.

Not sure how Fox decides whether or not they region lock.....do they just flip a coin or what?

If a UK doesn't get a steelbook release I'll have to pick this up if the menus/film happen to be in English...

I like this more than the current FNAC with the faces. They just need spot gloss or gloss.

Warner menus are normally in the language of the country. My german Dunkirk steel has german menus

Absolutely gorgeous steelbook. Strong enough to warrant a blind buy given the buzz the film has. Hopefully Best Buy gets this one in the USA.

I think actually a sort of reverse spot gloss could look neat for that art. Go with gloss across the cover but then do the Missouri outline and all the text in matte. Normal spot gloss would be nice though, and probably a safer bet - I'd love to see them go that route. I think the detail might be a bit fine for embossing though, I'd stick to a flat front on this one.
