PS3 - Download Save Game Files? - Blu-ray Forum

Just an odd question since the PS3 has a web-browser is it posiable to find a file of saved games & download it? For Example a Roster Save file for NCAA games? It's such a pain to rename the rosters to thier real names, even if you just do the top schools it's still very time consuming.....Anyone with info on this? Logicly it seems very posable

Yes you can download games saves for any PS3 game.

Like lets say you rent motorstorm and want to play everything. Find a save with everything unlocked and put it on your PS3.

Cool any idea where to find theses saves? & do I dl'd onto my cpu & transfer to PS3 via jump drive, or dl'd directly from browser on PS3?

GameFAQs appear to have PS3 game saves but they're zipped so you'll have to take the whole save folder out the zip file, which should look something like this:

BLUS30039-ROSTER-DJG007

Then transfer that folder to your USB flash drive, memory stick or whatever using this folder structure:

D:\PS3\SAVEDATA\BLUS30039-ROSTER-DJG007

Plug the drive into your PS3, select the Saved Data Utility icon, select the drive you plugged in and the save should appear.
