If I remember, I think T3 was R but T4 with Christian Bale was PG13??

Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome and RoboCop 3 were PG-13 while the others were R, and Vacation and Police Academy were R while the rest were either PG-13 or PG.

You're right, I don't live in the USA and we got T3 uncut as a 12 over here so I assumed it was the same. For us the series was all over the place depending on which version you got both the first two films at some point or another had and 18 and 15 rating on them.
