The Loved Ones

My bluray player (which is a Sony BDP-S5200) refuses to play this British region B disc. I've tried twice, one disc from HMV and the other from Amazon. In both cases it tries to load for a couple of minutes, then comes up with a message "Cannot operate this disc"

Has anybody else encountered this, or knows of a work around? Is it worth importing the Aussie disc or would I get the same problem?

This is the only one of more than 300 discs that the player has refused to load in the two years I've had it. I suppose there had to be one!
