Jack and the Cuckoo-Clock Heart (2013) No 3D Blu-ray

So I just discovered this amazing film, and then found out that it was released in 3D, yet no 3D version seems to exist in any region. Is there any plans to release this in 3D? According to the 2D review on this site, Shout Factory claims there was no 3D release to their knowledge, even though reviews have mentioned it being released in 3D. Does anybody have any information on this title?

It has not been released in 3D anywhere in the world. That's why I asked about it here - it wasn't even released on 3D blu-ray in France. I have no idea why not.

This was an excellent film. I recently caught it on NetFlix. One of my favorite animated films now. The whole time I was watching this outstanding film it was screaming to be in 3D. A truly missed opportunity.

If this had strong 3D like Thunder and the House of Magic, I'd check it out.
Very strong resemblance to Tim Burton's stop motion films.
