Purchased a movie on Flixster that I saw was in HD. When I started watching it, I quickly realized that, although it SAID HD, it's most definitely not. I'd argue that it's barely SD. Other movies work fine so it's not a problem with the app (I'm using Roku).
I've emailed customer service and I keep getting form responses over and over...and over again. "Some movies not available in HD" ...but I purchased in HD. "Some playback devices can't play back in HD"...but I'm using a Roku. I can't tell you how many times I've gone back and forth but I don't think they get it. It's just the same stupid copy/paste responses. Any suggestions? |
