That Anchor Bay release should be ashamed of itself.

Same with the Image release. To quote the review for it:

"The movie was a fairly low budgeted production to begin with, so it's never going to look as sharp and pristine as more mainstream titles from the late '70s and early '80s"

I think this release is proof otherwise

Arrived from Zavvi - well packaged, so no chance of damage to the steelbook.

Transfer is superb.... even the DVD copy inside the case looks better than the previous anchor bay blu ray release.

Any chance Arrow will release this in a regular Amaray case down the line? Not a huge fan of steelbook / digibook packaging.

There's an image of an amaray version on a leaflet inside my boxset version. No date or details but it's pretty much a cert given how Arrow have handled similar titles (Withnail and I, Cinema Paradiso, etc)
