It's up for pre-order in stores. You can buy an empty BD case for $25 and they will ship the BD to your home.

I just saw this today, it was tempting. Is the one with 2 figurines an Amazon Exclusive or will it be at Best Buy as well?

Actually its not (unless its a Wal-Mart Exclusive) as they have it up for preorder for $59.96

Did not believe it was an amazon exclusive. Alot of people kept saying it was with no proof. If it had been an amazon exclusive it would have been mentioned in the listing of the product. Thanks for confirming it though.

if you did the pre-order you may be disappointed, mine arrived on Thursday but the box was in horrible shape, looked as though it was walked on.

Here are some pictures of the Walmart Exclusive. It's easier to remove the Blu-ray and the Spider-man mask from the bottom than from the top. Also, the Blu-ray is sealed and has a barcode, unlike The Hunger Games (the cover art and slipcover inside the Walmart Exclusive for that movie didn't have a barcode).
