In celebration of San Diego Comic Con 2014, 20th Century Fox is releasing another round of SDCC exclusive covers for some of its classic Blu-rays. Today, IGN is unveiling Fox's "Sci-Fi" collection, which includes Alien, The Fly and RoboCop. In addition to the Blu-ray, each set comes with an individually numbered lithograph, featuring the key art.

Only 250 copies of each set will be made available at Comic-Con. A limited number of Blu-rays and lithographs will also be sold during SDCC exclusively at FoxConnect.com. All sets will retail at the Fox booth and at Fox Connect for $19.99.

Over the next two days, IGN will be revealing two more sets of SDCC exclusive covers. Today was "Sci-Fi," but check back tomorrow for Fox's lineup of "Comedy" Blu-ray covers.

I might have to pic up that Alien during an inevitable 50% off sale. Maybe Robocop since I don't own it but still probably not.

I bet they will be selling that THE PLANET OF THE APES Caesar head with all 8 films... just like the Predator head last year.

I don't understand why they keep selling Alien with a new slipcover. Are people really buying that many extra copies of it?

thanks Akijama! definitely picking up that Robocop slip to put over my Mastered Edition

Wonder how limited these will be on the website, also eager to see the rest of the Sci-Fi series and Comedy series.. Home Alone and 28 Weeks Later would be a nice surprise if they come with slips!

It doesn't say if this is the '86 or '58 version of the Fly. I hope it's the '86 since they did the original last year for SDCC. I have last years '58 and now the Icon slip... I'll probably get it either way, but I really need the remake for my collection and this would kill 2 birds with 1 stone!

I ordered Alien a while back with the Father's Day glitch from FoxConnect. Thought it was just a normal release. Had no clue until it arrived today that it was the SDCC Slip. Very shimmery, shiny effects on these. May have to track down some more...

This is the one I ordered, I believe. Can't really link back to it from my order page. It was the only one listed at $15.99, and still is on their site. It was a pre-order that just came out and is the reason my order was held up.

Can't really tell which ones are Robocop and The Fly on their site now since they are not pre-orders anymore. Maybe they will clear that up soon

And the funniest thing is the only reason I ordered the BD at all was to put my replacement Icons slip on it since I didn't have a stand-alone copy. Now I have another special slip and nothing to put my other slip on
