I think there'll be a general steelbook release available everywhere (as it was with F&F6), but there'll be an additional exclusive version for BB that matches the prior steels.

This is also what I am thinking...it would be stupid for BB to screw this up but I wouldn't put it past them.

I love this artwork. I didn't care much for the best buy exclusives for 1-6. The only thing I liked about them was the matching spines. For Fast & Furious 6 I opted for the limited run steelbook over the best buy one.

I gave Tokyo Drift a watch because I was interested in seeing it, but TBH without Paul Walker the series just isn't the same.

I doubt this will end up being the final artwork that gets release, but it is very nice and way better than the 1-6 Steelbooks BB released earlier. It would be nice if they used that teaser poster of Walker leaning against his blue car (Mustang? Can't remember.) and maybe remove the "One last ride" tagline. Gonna see this movie tonight, hopefully it lives up to the hype; frankly Fast Five is the only one I really like and is the only one I own (though I owned the Target Steelbook for 6 briefly).

I too think 5 was the best...6 went a little over the top but it was enjoyable.

Yeah I kinda came around a bit on 6 when I re-watched it recently, but 5 was so goofy and had the Rock vs. Diesel angle that the 6th didn't have; I like Luke Evans but he wasn't a particularly scary villain.

I will have to re-watch it. It was just all the tanks and stuff that seemed out of place.

So psyched for Statham to join in...should be some good fight scenes.
