Band of Brothers Blu Ray w/Pacific Disk 1 2010

Can anyone who has the set of BoB w/Pacific Disk re-created in Oct. 2010 tell me if their set when watching the feature, "In the Words of Easy Company" with the subtitle set to english if the subtitle works when the small pip square pops up and the men are discussing some part of the war? I have the older set and a UK version Region free, but I can't get any subtitling with the pip while watching BoB feature, "In the Words of Easy Company". This is super important to me because I am hearing impaired and to get a full scope of the picture and the men describing what's going on just makes the movie much more intimate. I would love it if anyone could help with this problem. Thanks for any replies.
