Greetings all,
so my projector is damaged beyond repair and it's time for me to upgrade. I searched the market and decided to go with Epson 5040UB as a good replacement for my old JVC RS40. This means I have to also upgrade my cables, UHD player and receiver in order to benefit from the UHD bluray, HDR, HDCP 2.2, Amos etc. for the receiver I choose Onkyo TX-RZ800, UBD-K8500 player and fast HDMI cable (https://www.amazon.com/HDMI-Cable-Ul...=hdmi+2.0+40ft) I seek your advise and expertise if the choosing receiver, UHD player and cables are on the right specs to fully benefit from the UHD bluray, HDR, HDCP support etc. I'm concerned about the cables, is 18GB is the right standard? thanks in advance and appreciate your input ![]() |
