How to install Zanmate on Optus Fetch TV (Australia)

I've read online that people have installed Zanmate on their Optus Fetch TV Set Up Box to access the U.S. and UK Netflix catalogue and I was wondering if someone could please advise me on how to do that. I already have Zanmate installed on my IOS and Desktop, but I only watch Netflix on my Set Up Box since the computer is downstairs and my television/set up box is in my room. Would forever be grateful if someone could help me out. Thank you!
