I've tried numerous times to upload various aspect ratio types of headshots for cast and crew here. It seems to work randomly and also some pictures are approved in either landscape or portrait orientation.
Regardless, most often I get the error that it has to be in or close to 1:1.5 in aspect ratio, as if I was uploading some screenshot. Why is there no feature to separate headshots and screenshots? It's quite annoying to contribute if you basically already know it's not going to work. |
