Not sure if this is the right place for it, but there appears to be a new box set with new footage releasing this year.

This will be Japan only. Funimation could release the special OVA if they wanted to but unless they put out an entirely new set themselves I don't see it happening. Or if they get the rights to the movie that they haven't dubbed yet, then I could see it.
