Lol. Thanks for noticing it. I hope the release date isn't fake though; especially now that the theatrical release for September here in the US was canceled. Pre-ordered!

I'd say chances are slim since there's no major studio behind this production.

Just kidding. I saw THE GREEN INFERNO last year on a festival and it is not bad but it is not very good either. Mediocre at best.

I hardly think it was his plan to make a film which got caught up in a distribution dispute. When it seemed like the film was not going to to get a theatrical release because of said dispute, they thought they could premiere the film on Blu in Germany, but now that the film is getting a proper release later this year, that's not possible.

Here it is! After being made in 2013 THE GREEN INFERNO gets its US release on September 25, 2015! After years of tweaking and cutting. Hate to see how cut it is to achieve the R-rating. Suppose to pay homage to Cannibal Holocaust. Maybe he should copy the better Cannibal Ferox instead.
Or maybe be original!!
