I'd have to say my favorite pairing of music to movie happens at the :43 mark. Everything's perfect!

I love the scene from "Captain America: The First Avenger", when Steve first returns with the troops. Alan Silvestri's score is great in the scene, and the whole thing is excellent. Sadly, YouTube doesn't seem to have that scene available.

There are lots of great examples, but whenever I think of music/movie perfection, this is the first thing I think of . . .

And of course, even at just barely 20 seconds long, those screeching violins in Psycho are simplistically brilliant and never fail to give me goosebumps, no matter how many times I've seen it.
