I have a question regarding the mbps that are acceptable for gaming. I'm currently w/ AT&T Uverse and it pretty much sucks. The most mbps I can get in my area is 3mbps and there are times when it randomly drops below 1mb when only my PS4 is on. I lag like crazy when this happens, glitch all over the map, and miss dead on shots. And download times are long. This is even when running a wired connection.
I'm switching to TWC Internet this week and they offer 50/5mbps for $17 more than I was paying for 3mbps. Will this be sufficient for games like Battlefield 4, Gears of War UE, and Advanced Warfare? Thanks in advance. |
