Has anyone compared the two releases of Inherit The Wind? The US copy was put out by Twilight Time, and the other by Hollywood Gold.
Since the latter is all regions, I am wondering if it is worth paying the extra for the Twilight Time release. No extras on either disc, but I don't know about picture quality/transfer. Thoughts? On either release? |

I have seen neither disc, and can only compare existing screen captures of similar shots on both discs. Sharpness and detail seem similar, and both discs may have come from the same master. But the Kino Lorber disc looks a little darker. As many video enthusiasts would say, darker (but not to the point of losing detail) is usually more accurate for a film presentation.
