Hitchcock Slip Covers

Hi folks,

I'm trying to establish a list of Hitchcock Blu-ray's released with slip covers. Having spent years building my Hitchcock DVD collection around the most comprehensive releases available I'm now starting the process of upgrading to Blu-ray. You could call me a late adopter of HD, but I've finally started off by acquiring the two titles below (see attached also) and where available would like to continue down the slip case packaging route. Discs from all regions considered.

Birds, The: 50 Anniversary Edition
Rear Window: 60 Anniversary Edition

Two initial questions ...

I believe early issues of Dial M for Murder were also released with a slip cover?
Has there been any other Hitchcock Universal Anniversary releases in slip covers?
