Fox Manufacturing Damaged Slipcovers?

The last two big release from Fox, The Martian 3D and Spectre, has the same damages on the slipcovers. It's locate in the front middle right spine, and it's indented inward.

When I got The Martian, I assumed it was my local Best Buy damaging it as I inspected 20+ copies at the store. When I went to the Target across the street, same problem. Damage on the middle right spine. I checked 2 other Best Buy and another Target, and inspected at least 100+ copies of the Martian, same damage. I chose the least indented one, and went on my way thinking The Martian was unlucky.

Today, when I went to pick up Spectre at my local Best Buy. Again, same damage in the same area. I went through at least 20+ copies again, and all of them are damage. Again, I chose the least indented one. Me, being curious, went to another Best Buy to check their stock. This BB had at least 75+ copies. Though I did not inspect everyone of them, looking at the side of the display, they all had the same indention.

Anyone else have this problem with Fox's slip? I live in the Bay Area by the way.
