If you're a receiver that supports Dolby Pro Logic then select Dolby Surround, if it doesn't select Stereo.

Dolby True HD is a codec. You'll be able to see what your player is doing on it's display, it should stay true to it's source, but stereo sound will be converted to Dolby Pro Logic (you'll have options to cycle through different versions on your remote) or DTS: Neo 6 or whatever they're doing these days (DTS: Neo X), depending on your receiver. Your AV receiver shouldn't down mix to Pro Logic unless you select it. |
