Default Iron Man game trailer is SWEET!!!

http://www.superherohype.com/news/topnews.php?id=6588

The flying and action looks like it will be what the Superman Returns game should have been. I'm VERY excited about this one.

It does look good yes, however movie to game adaptations kinda.... well... stink. Yes there are exceptions, but not often. I hope this game breaks the trend though.

Certainly looks good, I caught the variety of armors that will be used (especially the Stealth Armor Mk II). I hope they showcase the variety of armors you can use in the game.

While it would be great to see the variety of armors in the movie, I think anything beyond the Stealth Armor would feel out-of-place in a movie. But they should have his variety of armors as a "cameo". I would definately like to see the Hall of Armor in the movie, so we can see all the armors just up on the wall...but having him use more than 3 armors and the stealth will be overwhelming for the movie.

The game, however, let me have 'em.

Edit: I can't believe I wrote a tame post regarding this...I'm pumped and psyched...all the while chanting "Pleasedontmakeitsuck....pleasedontmakeitsuck. .." Also, I think I am buying a PS3 just for this (I have an XBOX 360)

Nice of Marvel to show Iron Man in the original suit first (I was talking about the movie in my previous post not the game (Havent seen the game trailer), just saw the Iron Man Theatrical Trailer from inside the PS3 Online Superstore), since that's how Iron Man starts off.

I'm just hoping they inflate The Thing in FF and The Juggernaut in X-Men a bit more, because if I remember well, they both looked skinnier when they were originaly created but were as big as the Hulk later on. As well as Doctor Doom's voice in FF, it should sound more robotic because of the mask he wears, that killed the first FF movie for me, it was still great though, Fantastic Four is my favorite series so far.

Somehow I doubt this game will be pushing the capacity of a DVD unless they're including a lot of HD footage from the movie.

A lot of Blu-ray games are big in size because they use multiple languages or uncompressed audio (example heavenly sword).

Keep in mind Blu-ray re-uses the same textures a lot across the disk because Blu-ray has a slow seek time compared to DVD. Just because a game on Blu-ray is larger than a DVD does not mean it has more or better content than that would fit on a DVD.

That trailer looks awesome. Hopefully the game play is as solid as the graphics. Looking forward to the movie as well.

Some, not all games do this, same for multiple audio tracks and lossless audio (obviously).

Gamers will start appreciating those multiple audio tracks more when a greater quantity of Japanese games (with bad English VA or more fitting Japanese VA) come over with the Japanese audio intact compared to any other system.

I agree the bigger disc size is still better.. but not always because of reasons people seem to think is all. Playing through some Jrpg games in Japanese with subtitles at some point down the road is a nice option.

That's a cute pic...

Back to the topic...With this being a comic book game, I just can't refuse, as long as the review scores for this game will be at least the same as Marvel Ultimate Alliance's.

I'm really excited though to see that Sega is handling this game. Their VF5 game brought back a kind of oldschool feel from the Genesis days for me. Hope this one will, too.

I'm mainly a PS3 exclusives gamer now, rather than a multiplatformer gamer, for obvious reasons. But, this is a comic book game, and it's done by SEGA rather than a company like EA. So, let's see what this game is all about...
