If I recall correctly, that back cover is the same image that they used for their "Briefcase Full of Blues" album (I'm on my phone right now and can't be bothered to look for it

I have the Reel Heroes steelbook for this one. Not my favorite line of steels, but I do like the design for the Blues Brothers. I think I'm sticking with it.

I plan to get this. It looks really nice and in the "tone" of the movie. Some of the other Steelbook releases of it (like that one that was part of the comic book style of covers).

I may actually order 3 copies. One for me. One for my (much younger) sister who has expressed interest in the movie, and one for my aunt who was actually an extra on the movie. We've never been able to actually find her on screen, but she was there when they shot the scene where they drive through the mall.

My aunt doesn't even have a Blu-Ray player as far as I know, but the case is so nice, I may just send it to her along with a DVD copy of the movie that she can put in the case.

Do Zavvi releases typically go live right at midnight in the UK or something? I don't want to miss out.

Might be worthwhile getting it from amazon.it as it will be a lot cheaper and the same disc.

I am assuming that this is both cuts of the movie like the previous releases

Me too. It's the only one of the Reel Heroes designs that appealed to me and I think it is a good match to the film. Plus, I ditched the DVD copy and put Blues Brothers 2000 in there to make a twosome of blues. Result!

I've got (and sticking with) the Reel Heroes slipcover edition - but I hated 2000, so I refuse to acknowledge it's existence

You could order the Back To The Future trilogy steelbook as well. That way you will save on postage.
