I just got off the phone with Best Buy and they are giving me $200 in cerificates and 24x7 access to any Best Buy corperate jet since I didn't get the $10 coupon. JK

What was the subject line of the email?

Did the subject line specifically mention that it was for a $10 coupon and was that the main/only content of the email?

Or was the subject line and content of the email basically another one of their regular ads with info/reference to the coupon buried in there somewhere?

I often just delete the regular ad emails from BB, so if it was part of one of those, I may have already deleted it.

One yr i didnt get (i usually do) it so i called them & they actually did put the $10 into my account.

I got a coupon, it seems it's bay area specific. $10 coupon with no minimum purchase needed and expires on Nov 16th.

E-mail title - "See how we've renewed for you, San Francisco, with $10 off"

I just received one of the yearly "Up to $5000 Mystery Reward inside" mails, where you print the certificate and take it in store for them to scan it to see the amount its worth.

EDIT: Havent been to BBY to have mine scanned yet but from what I've read on other sites if your code ends in 97600 then its $5. Which is what mine turns out to be every year.
