Trouble remembering a movie title..

I remember watching a movie many years ago and cannot remember what it was. I am pretty sure it was a mechanized robot movie, perhaps Robot Jox but I could be wrong. The movie takes place in the future. A scene I mainly remember was when they walked though an old abandoned town and right in front of a movie theater and on the front of the theater it listed a movie like Jaws or friday the 13th or something and was on a sequel number that was very high like 'jaws 34" or something. Anybody have any thoughts what this movie was?

All I remember with that Jaws gag was BTTF 2 but I'm guessing it wasn't that

Perhaps. I havent seen either of them in forever. Another clue is that it was almost post apocalyptic.
