Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. I think it was the perfect movie for his strange aesthetic and style, and it is the only movie of his that I haven't gotten tired of. Also my wife likes it and she isn't usually the type for Gilliam movies.
Runner up would be 12 Monkeys.

Probably Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Life of Brian, and Time Bandits.

I was inspired to create this poll because I had the pleasure of watching the Adventures of Baron Munchausen on blu for the first time last night.

It looks fantastic for it's age and I absolutely loved the movie. For such an over the top fantasy it still manages to have a solid story and characters with good dialogue. I was sitting there with a grin on my face the entire time.

12 Monkeys followed closely by The Fisher King. They are both absolutely brillant films. And Holy Grail...this is definitely a list not to pick just one from!

I love Gilliam movies. They really don't look like anything else. I voted for Brazil, I think it's his masterpiece.

12 Monkeys for me. I really need to sit down and watch Brazil though. I just watched Baron M. for the first time last week with my wife. It was decent.

Tough call for me between The Holy Grail and Fear and Loathing. While Fear and Loathing had the better performances and looks better, I went with The Holy Grail for the entertainment value.

I've only seen Monty Python, Baron Munchausen, Brothers Grimm, and Tideland.

Out of those I'd say Baron Munchausen or Tideland. Jodelle Ferland gave a great, and slightly creepy, performance and it was very unique. Baron Munchausen was random in the best of ways.
