Thinking of getting this from Amazon.com for £43 and putting region b discs in ituntil i get the Oppo modded.
Does anyone know if i will get walloped on import taxes as it isn't exactly a small box?

If it's from Amazon.com then you'll get the import fees taken automatically at their end when you go through checkout.

Fees are £9.99 using the cheapest shipping option. £12.87 using the most expensive.

You have to choose expidited shipping don't you? Or it's normal shipping then you will probably get stung by customs
