Just ordered this yesterday. Probably my favorite Lee Ermey film. For years this existed on VHS only. It didn't get a DVD release until 2012 and even then it was DVD-R only.

Received this today and took a look at it. I still have my 2012 MGM HD DVR version and I can confirm that the BD is the exact same source with the same amount of excessive noise due to an older scan. However, this is easily the best the film has ever looked. It has an AR of about 1.75:1 with tiny bars on the side, a DTS-HD MA 2.0 16-bit audio track, and no subtitles. There are burned-in subtitles for the Vietnamese spoken parts though. There are no extras other than a trailer. I'd give the PQ a 6/10 and the AQ a 7/10.

I would love if a distributor like Arrow got their hands on it, created a new master and did some interviews. But until then, I'll take this. Never thought it would even arrive on Blu-ray.
