Same reasons sports get released, people re-read books, re-watch movies etc. They like it and are able to watch it more than once.

It's no different than anything else being released that doesn't change after 1 viewing/reading.

Of course the ones I actually like are not available and probably never will be. I loved Travel Channel's Toy Hunter and Making Monsters and would've bought those. AMC's Comic Book Men, too.
