$10 off at overstock.com when using Paypal Email (YMMV) - Blu-ray Forum

Hey guys, I received an email from Paypal stating I get $10 off any Overstock.com purchase!!! I logged into Overstock.com picked two blurays that looked to be a good price and it worked. Picked up Touch of Evil and Dick Tracy for $15.

You may have missed the email or it may have been delivered to your SPAM inbox. Either way, if you have an Overstock.com account and a Paypal account I would try it if I were you.

The offer ends on 4/20/16. You must pay by Paypal for it work.

When is the $10 taken off your order? I'm on the order page but not seeing a discount applied.

It's taken off after you log into PayPal.

I hope it's there for everyone who has an overstock and PayPal account. I don't know why they would just randomly send them out to some but not all.

nope no go here either.

Those things are usually by invite only from paypal though, meaning if you dont get the email then more then likely not eligible.

I have something in my cart that totals to $20.99 after shipping. When I choose Paypal as the payment method, it shows the $10 discount bringing the total down to $10.99. However, when I click on continue, it brings up the final page where you submit the order and the price is back up to $20.99?

I'm not ordering it if I'm being charged $20.99 for it.

The final page shows the full amount but I was only charged the lower amount when I went back to PayPal to check!! So have no fear!!

Well I placed an order and went to my Paypal page and was charged the full amount of $20.99. There was nothing on it showing the $10 discount. I just canceled my order. It wasn't something I needed that bad.
