no. most likely the only thing that will change is that, if you have the equipment, you'll be "expected" to buy new releases on 4K. It'll be a very long time before even a fraction of current blu-rays are rereleased on 4K. |

If you plan on switching to UHD one day and every studio includes a standard Blu-ray copy with their releases, just buy new movies on UHD BD. Then when you do get all the necessary equipment, look at reviews and choose which films you want to buy again. That's most likely what I'll be doing.
