In-store this is not much of an issue but online it means getting another kind of card for most regular customers I suspect. The press release does not state it applies to online purchases but I am assuming it does. I wonder if this means it is less likely WM will support paypal? Anyway I blame the cash back schemes which seems to be running out of steam anyhow... Visa and MC really should be charging a small fee per transaction like debt currently does.
