Did blu-rays ever get that insert slip that was common with DVD?

This is just something I've been wondering about cause I've always known that with the blu-ray packaging, all you get is the disc... and that's it. We all know what DVD packaging used to be like from when they started with the fold out page (with artwork), to where we got the small booklet that had info about the actors, the movie, maybe some other details that go nice with it.

If we ever did at one point, which ones were they and how good was any of it?
