Well, when asked what is my favorite movie is, I cheat and list 3.

The Maltese Falcon
North By Northwest
and of course...
Yojimbo.

I got lucky with all those releases. The Blu-rays are great!

well my criteria is amount of extra and picture/sound quality since everybody have different taste in the movie itself.

Alien Anthology. (Best extras ever. I still haven't watched all of it yet Only negative is transfer of last 2 films, but good overweighs everything negative.)
Seven Samurai (Best Commentary ever, if there is one commentary to listen to, this is it.)
Casablanca (Just because it's one of my favorite movie , plus it has great extras)


honorable mention:

Pretty much everything special edition done by Ridley Scott. His extras are exhausting in very good way. Especially the Blade Runner and the upcoming special edition of Kingdom of Heaven. And when they release his Black Hawk Down with the missing DVD extras, pick that one up as well. Great historical documentaries on those.(Kingdom of Heaven & Black Hawk Down)

Also David Fincher and James Cameron makes great movies/extras too.
