Damn, where to begin!
I have bought EVERY release of Jurassic Park and the sequels. It's my favorite franchise so I have the VHS, Laserdisc, DVDs, Blu-rays, & 3D Blu-ray. Even the re-releases if I find 'em cheap. The Dark Knight Trilogy & Watchmen too. I've bought just about every release. So yeah, I have a problem ![]() |

Mine is actually Rob Zombie's Halloween - not because it's my favourite film (though I do love all the Halloween films), it's because of the different cuts! Theaterical DVD Unrated 3-Disc DVD Unrated 2-Disc Blu-ray Theatrical Halloween/Halloween II Double Feature Bluray Theatrical German Blu-ray Unrated bluray included in the upcoming Box Set Last edited by Lacrymosa; 09-14-2014 at 02:33 AM. |

Mine is definitely Halloween.
VHS (Blockbuster release) DVD (Lenticular cover) Blu-ray (2007 release) Blu-ray (2013 U.S. release) Blu-ray (2013 U.K steel book release) Blu-ray (Upcoming box set release) I'm pretty sure I had another VHS release as well that had the TV cut but my memory is somewhat hazy about that. |

I probably bought RoboCop the most times. Got the three-disc trilogy box set on DVD first. Then got the 20th Anniversary DVD Steelbook with two discs. Then got the first Blu-Ray release. Then got the British trilogy box set (but I sold off the British disc and replaced it with the US one). Finally, picked up the 4K remastered edition, and that's my current go-to disc for this movie. But I still have the DVD Steelbook and all the sequels in both formats.
Bought Star Wars three times (the original DVD releases in a 4-disc box set, the Limited Edition releases with 2 discs per movie, then the Blu-Ray releases). I kept the bonus disc from that first set, and all the rest. Bought the Lord of the Rings trilogy thrice, and got one set for free (the Extended Edition DVDs, the Theatrical Edition Blu-Rays, the Extended Edition on Blu-Ray, then got the theatrical DVDs from my parents). Still own them all, and will probably do something of the same for the Hobbit films. Most others are just twice (DVD and Blu-Ray). Kept most of them. Lord of the Rings trilogy
Theatrical - DVD Extended Cut Boxed edition -- DVD Blu-ray boxed set Considering how many extras disks there are in these sets, it's a lot of disks. While I love it, it's not because it's my favorite movie. It's because of that whole "they keep coming out with new versions" deal. |
