I think Indiana Jones is based off of Alan Quatermain. Still the fact that it was made in the 80's and so was Jones which helped the movie. So I can see the comparison of the movies. Anyways I grew up with this movie and love it's cheesy greatness. You get Sharon Stone in her hay day and Richard Chamberlain. I would love to see this movie on Blu-Ray!
