What do people think about Inclusion Riders starting to gain steam in Hollywood? For people unfamiliar with what it is, according to NPR:
Quote:
While I love the intention of this movement, I worry about what the true outcome will become. Much like how affirmative action has actually turned into discrimination against Asians in colleges across the country. Any time there are unnatural, required quotas, there can always be unintended adverse effects. What does everybody else think? Last edited by WestMan; 03-13-2018 at 03:08 PM. |
